The 2013 commercial real estate market is adapting to new values and priority for leasing and building interior shell space.  Both landlord and tenant interests in this new market need a hyper vigilant  approach with every deal. Building floor areas, core factoring, and rentable area calculations used for contract agreement values may be antiquated. As BOMA has led the industry for many years as the standard, new versions of the this “standard” are further defining protocols.
